Seed Thoughts: seeds to plant in the garden of your mind. Add your expanded beliefs, inspiring quotes, mantras, affirmations, etc. here to fill your mind with the thoughts that bring about the reality you want. FRAME also provides an inspiring Seed of the Day you can add to your collection.
FOCUS: Set and maintain focus on key areas that support your purpose, goals, and intentions.
